Tharun Tech Solutions ("we", "us", "our") is an independent software studio that builds and operates Blindrop, Astrolya, and MyCal AI (each an "App", together the "Apps"), as well as this website at tharuntechsolutions.in (the "Site").

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Site and the Apps, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. By using the Site or any App, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or the Apps.

The specific information we collect depends on which App or part of the Site you use. In general, this may include:

• Information you provide directly — such as your name, email address, or messages you send us when you contact support (for example, via support@tharuntechsolutions.in), sign up for an account, or otherwise communicate with us.
• App content and usage data — such as content you create or store within an App (for example, calendar entries in MyCal AI, chart or profile data in Astrolya, or files shared through Blindrop), and information about how you interact with the App, such as features used, session length, and crash or diagnostic logs.
• Device and technical information — such as device model, operating system and version, unique device or advertising identifiers, IP address, language settings, and general (non-precise) location derived from your IP address.
• Information from third-party platforms — such as aggregated, non-identifying analytics or crash data provided by app stores or the analytics providers described in Section 5.

We only collect the categories of information that are relevant to the specific App you use — for example, a file-sharing app like Blindrop and a calendar app like MyCal AI do not necessarily collect the same data.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Apps and the Site;
• Personalize your experience and remember your preferences and settings;
• Respond to support requests and communicate with you about your account or our services;
• Monitor and analyze usage and trends to improve functionality, performance, and reliability;
• Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent, unauthorized, or illegal activity;
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers — with vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as cloud hosting, crash reporting, analytics, and customer support tools, under obligations to protect your information.
• Legal reasons — if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Tharun Tech Solutions, our users, or others.
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, in which case information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
• With your consent — in any other situation where you have given us explicit permission to share your information.

The Apps may use third-party services (for example, cloud infrastructure, crash and performance monitoring, or analytics providers) to help us operate and improve them. These providers may collect information sent by your device as part of their own service, subject to their own privacy policies. Where an App links out to a third-party website or service, that third party's own privacy practices will govern your use of it, and we encourage you to review them.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Site and Apps, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize it.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we hold. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Many of our Apps also let you manage or delete in-app content directly from within the App.

Our Site and Apps are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can take appropriate action.

We are based in India, and information we collect may be processed and stored in India or other countries where our service providers operate. By using the Site or the Apps, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in countries that may have data protection laws different from those in your country of residence.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we make changes, and, where changes are material, we will provide additional notice (such as an in-app notification) where appropriate.
