These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website tharuntechsolutions.in (the "Site") and the Blindrop, Astrolya, and MyCal AI applications (each an "App", together with the Site, the "Services"), provided by Tharun Tech Solutions ("we", "us", "our").
By accessing or using any of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Services.
Tharun Tech Solutions is an independent software studio. We build and maintain a small portfolio of standalone applications, each designed to do one thing well. Individual Apps may also be subject to additional terms, guidelines, or disclosures presented within that App; where there is a direct conflict, the App-specific terms will govern for that App.
We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services, including individual features or an entire App, at any time, with or without notice.
Some Apps may require you to create an account or provide certain information to access features. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding any credentials associated with your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us promptly at support@tharuntechsolutions.in if you suspect any unauthorized use.

Some Apps let you create, upload, or store content (for example, files shared through Blindrop, or entries created in MyCal AI or Astrolya) ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content through the Services, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, and process that content solely as necessary to provide the relevant App's functionality to you.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you have all rights necessary to submit it and that it does not violate these Terms or applicable law.
The Services, including all software, design, text, graphics, logos, and other materials (excluding User Content), are owned by Tharun Tech Solutions or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Services without our prior written consent.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Apps for your personal, non-commercial use.
Certain Apps or features may be offered on a paid or subscription basis. Where applicable, pricing, billing cycle, and cancellation terms will be presented to you at the time of purchase (for example, through the applicable app store). Payments made through third-party app stores (such as Google Play or the Apple App Store) are also subject to that store's own terms and refund policies.
The Services may link to, integrate with, or rely on third-party websites, platforms, or services (such as app stores, cloud infrastructure, or analytics providers). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party service, and your use of them is subject to their own terms and policies.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THARUN TECH SOLUTIONS AND ITS TEAM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
We may suspend or terminate your access to any Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the Services and, where applicable, delete your account at any time. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India, unless otherwise required by applicable local law.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do, and, for material changes, provide additional notice where appropriate (such as an in-app notification). Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
